From our PEOPLE
One of the best places to enjoy authentic Afghani food in town. The lamb karahi is exceptional and full of flavour, while the kebabs are also well-prepared and delicious. The pulao tasted great but would be even better if served hot, and the naan could be fresher. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for small gatherings. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys traditional Afghani cuisine. Parking is available on the back streets.

5 months agoI visited Mantu, and their interior was absolutely stunning, it truly transported me back to Afghanistan. The attention to detail was incredible. I enjoyed the Afghan soup, Qabuli Palaw, and Mantu. And to top it off, the red velvet cake was simply amazing! Definitely recommend everyone to visit!

2 months agoI absolutely love the food here! Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed so many positive changes, from the improved menu to the faster service and even better food quality. Everything feels fresh and well organised. I genuinely enjoy dining here and highly recommend it. 10/10!

a month agoThe food at Mantu restaurant was delicious, authentic and high of quality. Everything was made fresh and it was evident in the taste. The interiors are aesthetically designed and inspired by Afghanistan - there’s even a traditional seating area!!! And of course, the Mantus were amazing. Highly recommend visiting and trying the Kabuli Palao, kebabs, Afghan bread and the Mantus :)

a month agoHad a really great experience eating at this restaurant as the service was great and staff were friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cosy and it has an interesting interior design. Me and my family really loved the food as it was fresh and very delicious. I would highly recommend going here and definitely plan on eating there again :)
